A charming appealing Rose wine from the blend of best harvest of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah

Description: With a delightful pale pink, this rosé quickly unfold its charms. Its attack is lovely and refined followed with a concussion of young fresh red fruits and flowers superb range of aromas. In the palate the wine is a soft medium bodied with rich taste and sustained finish of smooth texture.
Vinification: The grapes are hand picked at the appropriate time and great attention is paid to the selection and transportation of the grapes. They are macerated before fermentation for 12-24 hours and fermented at a regular temperature of 17-20C
Assorted food: Ideal to accompany pasta, poultry, meats, fishes, Italian dishes and Lebanese Meza as well as an aperitif.
Aging Potential: 2-4 Years
