Description: | With a delightful pale pink, this rosé quickly unfold its charms. Its attack is lovely and refined followed with a concussion of young fresh red fruits and flowers superb range of aromas. In the palate the wine is a soft medium bodied with rich taste and sustained finish of smooth texture. | |
Vinification: | The grapes are hand picked at the appropriate time and great attention is paid to the selection and transportation of the grapes. They are macerated before fermentation for 12-24 hours and fermented at a regular temperature of 17-20C | |
Assorted food: | Ideal to accompany pasta, poultry, meats, fishes, Italian dishes and Lebanese Meza as well as an aperitif. | |
