A refreshing wine extracted from the best harves of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Viognier.

Description: A tasteful greenish yellow wine with luminous rings. Attractive aromatic expression on the nose with aromas of elder flowers. A wine of soft medium body, well structured and fresh because of its acidity. Its intense concentration of fruit manifests itself in the elegant sweetness in the palate.
Vinification: The grapes are hand picked at the appropriate time and great attention is paid to the selection and transportation of the grapes. It is subjected to direct Pneumatic pressing and cold racking and fermented at steady temperature of 17-18C to preserve its fruity richness and grape aromatic characteristics.
Assorted food: Ideal to accompany as an aperitif, poultry, seafood and pasta. (Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany poultry, seafood and pasta)
Aging Potential: 3-5 Years
Technical Analysis: Harvest 2nd half of September
